Duh...
That's why there's VOLUME CONTROL on the device, on ANY device involving sound. Dumb SOB, and all the other nimrods who joined the suit and their attorneys, who are pretty much at the center of all of it. Why is it that so many people want to sue others over what is their own dumb fault? I just don't get it. The only answer can be the attorneys... without them there are no "class action lawsuits." This is not a case of Apple not controlling their product; this is a case of the user not controlling the product that they bought and used, under their own power, their own initiative.

To the losers who are suing:
Take friggin' responsibility for your own actions. You damaged your hearing by turning your music player up too loudly. It's your own dumb fault.
