- You might be retarded.

>>>>>"...Restore CD, NOT an OS CD. You'll never get a Windows CD from Dell..."
That's funny. There are about six CD's in our home which could very easily prove you wrong. Or maybe that option when you're configuring a Dell that asks if you'd like a "Windows XP Professional Restore CD."
I'm aware they use the words "restore," on their order form. However, for all intents and purposes, this is merely a rebranded Windows XP CD.
>>>>>"...Racist? Nobody cares about their race. Unqualified morons who can't speak english well enough to hold a basic conversation will get bashed regardless of race..."
Yes, damn them and the fact that they were born, raised, and educated in a non-English speaking country. Wouldn't it just be better off if they all just spoke OUR language?
Unqualified morons? You might be retarded. India has one of the largest educated workforces in the world. They just happen to be willing to work for less. Then again, I'm sure if you ran your own business you'd just forego the fact that you could pay an Indian tech support guy $60,000 annually where you'd pay an American guy at least $80,000 (these are example numbers, try not to take them to heart).
>>>>>"...It not HP OR Compaq's website. It's HP's website. Same company. As for their service and support, it is currently rated the best. So much so, no other company is even close..."
Somehow that distinctly appalls me, however, that apparent "Best Support" rating could be for their support agents as opposed to their website, because their website support flat-out sucks. They leave out drivers, and don't give you ANY sort of manual on how to get inside your computer.
>>>>>"...Dell still uses proprietary PSU's. Same 20 pin config, but wired diferently than standard PSU's..."
Something tells me, then, that I probably wouldn't have booted into Windows XP when I safely installed an Ultra X-Connect 500W power supply in my Dell Dimension 8300. However, I did boot into XP. Multiple times. In fact it's running Windows XP right now. Because I'm typing on it. And it's plugged into an Ultra X-Connect.
>>>>>"...Only an idiot who knows nothing about PC's and hardware would buy a Dell. I am stuck with a Dell laptop that my job provided and in the last year it has been replaced 3 times..."
It's funny you call other people idiots when you've had your laptop replaced three times, and considering you just called the whole of the Indian workforce "unqualified morons." Still, I'm comforted in knowing that I may be an idiot for buying Dells, but I've never had to send in a single computer that I've owned. Though, in the event that I did have to, I've faith based on other Dell service experiences that I'd have it solved promptly.
Oh, and uh, just for the record... that's six Dells, two Compaqs, and a single custom-built machine.
