When dell makes quality products with decent support, let me know.
They have a history of making laptops that routinely overheat; they have a longer history of employing "technicians" who work from a script and have no frigging clue as to HOW things work... and all of it is cheap throwaway plastic that readily breaks apart.

I'm amazed Walmart doesn't sell them.
