Well, I am sorry you have recieved BAd technical support. I work as an L2 technician for a computer manufacturer and I detest hearing someone got bad support. It means someone in my position, isn't doing their job right, and because of it, you are getting bad support.

Next, it matters not whos computer you buy, because all of them are good. Yes, some are better than others, at certain tasks. all the manufacturers do their best to provide good equipment. It costs money to support BAD equipment, and provide hardware support and parts to fix bad equipment, then sales drop and well,,,,, you know the rest.

That being said, my daughter's AOPEn is running great and has run great for years. My dell laptop upgraded to a 100 gig hard drive 1.5 gigs of memory, and internal wireless, runs grea, has a 3ghz processor, gives me 3-5 hours of battery life, and runs at top speed while doing it.

MAYBE your computer doesn't like you.
