What does a Southern Baptist lady sound like? Anything like a Southern Methodist lady?

Had to deal once with Dell customer support. I needed the green plastic hard drive retainers so I could insert a second hard drive. Dell's person was from India. We had trouble communicating and I came away with this: if I wanted a set of the mounting strips (which I was told were no longer manufactured), I would have to pay $76 US dollars.

Abandoning that effort, I slipped over to Ebay and picked up two sets of the strips for $3.00.
