Actually...

Idiots tend to be people who yap on and on about something or another, often without any basis whatsoever. They have a habit of typing in all caps and provide poorly-composed, ignorant, and useless insights into otherwise intelligent debates that escape the bounds of their intellectual comprehension.

That said, I've no shame in admitting I own a Dell. My family owns Dells. Several of my friends own Dells. I haven't seen one that leads me to change my opinion that Dells are easily the best OEM computers in the world. I have never had a problem with a Dell, and honestly, I know of only one Dell which HAS had a problem -- one which wasn't fixed due to the fact that the laptop was out of warranty (and that notwithstandng -- any local computer repairman could have done it).

My Dell continues to run problem free, fast, and smoothly. I note that a number of friends with self-constructed systems seem to have one trouble or another with something in their system. Mine works perfectly, but humility and respect of my friends keeps me quiet.
