It's fairly easy. Offer a quality product in which MY choices are honored. Price it fairly and SCRAP those RIP-OFF MAIL-IN REBATES, or any other rebates. A sales discount should be just that, a discount on the price BEFORE it is rung up.
On a $10.00 mail-in rebate, I have to supply, the envelpo, stamp, time to prepare the form, Wait, wait, WAIT; and then when, if, the rebate check arrives, bank it. The value is actually negative.
