Waste not, want not
Low quality heat is still heat. In the winter I change the ducting for my clothes dryer to vent into the house thru a cheap simple lint catcher. I get to use the hot air and moisture that was going to be discarded. The same principle can be applied here. If you have people that can see their breath in the morning and computer that need to be cooled, seems like a match made in heaven. Some seasonal changes would be necessary. But why waste what you have already paid for?
