The issue is value, not money. They created the third fastest
super computer in the world at a tiny fraction of the cost of
numbers one and two. That means they had LOTS of money left
over in their budget. Now, will they become number two? What
is the relative value of being number two instead of number
three and if this achieves it, it will have have been relativel;y
CHEAP do bump up from three to two because of the trade-in
value.

BTW, since none of us know the actual numbers and the deal
that VT and Apple did, it is a little unfair to comment. Has
anyone complained about the original 5 million considering the
result they got?
