- Just another way to bleed taxpayers
- Of course California is going to find a way to regulate (read: COLLECT TAXES) VOIP. The internet (in general) is too big of a target for taxes for the states to ignore. The telcos cannot be very happy about VOIP either. It would not surprise me to find their fingers in the legislation.
