No it won't
Quantum computers are only useful for a handful of tasks - ones where you have a chunk of input data and you're searchiung for an output. Cryptography, number factoring, stuff like that.

A quantum computer is never going to run an operating system or a personal productivity APP, they simply don't work that way.
