crApple and Intel

Does anyone think that intel has shoot themselves in the foot with the commercial for the new line for Apple? I mean telling their base that PC are bottom feeders and they have waisted their time and now they are where they should have been all the time.

I think the new ad for the MacTels is smarmy and condescending. Not to mention annoying.

When they say the intel chip's been stuck in a dull beige box, doing dull beige tasks, and now it's been "liberated" by being stuck in the new Macs, I gotta wonder exactly WHAT tasks you can do on a Mac that you can't do on a Windows (or for that matter, Linux) box just as well or just as fast.

Just how "exciting" can you make word processing? Spread sheets? E-Mail? Watching a DVD? Come on, someone tell me just exactly how an operating system can make it so...

It's all just a bunch of marketing B.S.*
