- INTEL's yield is only 1/3 of AMD's

AMD is using one 200mm FAB to make all its chips.
INTEL has 5 300mm FABs and more 200mm FABs and has production problems. The conclusion is that INTEL's yield is only a fraction of AMDs.
More over, AMD's new 300mm FAB is producing as of now.that's why AMD is slicing prices.
INTEL dropping prices? That would mean INTEL will incur loss. INTEL's current price is higher than AMDs.
