Yet another frivolous lawsuit.
"My batteries don't last." blah blah blah. Wot a country. This is rediculous it ranks right up there with the coffe in the lap lawsuit. If the judges were smart they would throw this right out of the court.

There is such a proliferation of lawsuits one has to wonder how much longer any company can stay in business. BTW if you think lawsuits are not getting out of hand check this site.

In short if you have an e-commerce site you stand a good chance of being sued.
