Embarassment
If I had to take a pill such as Viagra, I would be embaressed to admit it to anyone, other than my wife.

With RFID, anyone who can recognize where an RFID tag is coming from can tell if you use Viagra.

This could be a way for parents to tell if their kids are taking Viagra.

I don't think this is a good idea. I could be wrong.
