Latest Intels have a pretty fast FSB speed.
I use both Intel & AMD CPUs, and had lot's of fun O/C my duron700 to 950, and also enjoyed my 1200 Tbird. Right now I'm using an Intel Celeron 2.7 ghz, and for a *very cheap system, it rock n rolls.
400 mhz FSB seems to help, P4s have 800 mhz FSBs.
