No he's talking about laptops.
I've just shelved of my 3 year old laptop with a 40G hard drive and replaced it with a smaller new one with an 80G hard drive. The old laptop replaced one with a 20G drive.

The problem with this theory is that in 5 years time NAND technology may be up to providing 30G capacity in sizes suitable for laptop usage but I'll probably just be starting to browse the net for my new 300G laptop.
