The price for a 40 minute ticket is about US$ 7 while the entire 3 hour trip is US$ 12.

The train already have several advantages over airplanes, like going from city center to city center instead of airports outside the city.

The cost for installing and running the train broadband facility doesn't necessary have to pay off through sold online tickets, but as yet another train advantage increasing the trains competitive edge on selected routes.

BTW, the train is a somewhat modifed X2000 high speed train operating many major routes in Sweden. Normal speed is about 200 km/h and top speed above 250 km/h on selected tracks. Each wagon tilt inward in curves to compensate for the side force - very comfortable. I'm only a traveller, satisfied except when the trains aren't on schedule...
