Stockholm-Oslo already have broadband
The Linx train operating between Stockholm and Oslo (capitals of Sweden and Norway) already have this. You can ride in any wagon (one access point per wagon?) but have to purchase an online ticket with an access code providing You with access for the entire trip (about 3 hours) or 40 minutes (cheaper). There are few tunnels along the trip.

BUT, when I purchased such a ticket I recently had installed the MS update providing WPA access to Windows XP which disabled the ability to connect to a non encrypted access point. Shame on Microsoft! I've subsequently un-installed the patch and will try again on my next Linx trip.
