Intel desperation- Bate and Switch salesmen in control
The only reason to have so much diversity in chips is to create consumer confussion to put the chip salesman in the driver's seat. Discount places will take a product with a good reputation from a manufacturer, put in cheaper chip, add a SE or some other letter code and sell it at 3/4 the price to some less than tech savey customer. They already do it
