No wonder they are losing customers. An elderly fried of mine, purchased a brand new gateway computer. He works with video tapes and DVD's.
He wanted an ATI all in Wonder 8500DV. Gateway offered to purchase and install it, (for a fee of course, explaining that if they installed it, they would be responsible if there were any problems.)...
Well guess what. It had problems, and gateway told him to call ATI in Canada. Gateway refused to help this man, one of their customers.
