Intel to kick off new year with Yonah and Viiv

You're excused: These laptop-friendly processors mesh with the reasons Apple made for switching to Intel.

And it so happens that there have been rumours that some Apple Intel-based hardware (scheduled for, or thought to be due in, June) could make an "early" appearance at the January MacWorld show.

It's all speculation but Apple COULD announce Intel hardware parallel to Intel's Yonah introduction.
