Geeez, you lose in court and have your motions denied 3 times already. NTP gains nothing from a RIM collapse - so its in their interest to make modest demands. Maybe a sort of merging can occur, and the new company could start shooting down everyone else's forays into this space - guarenteeing a new monopoly . . .
