InHell makes 4 (5?) different CPU "lines" today - x86/Pentium, Xscale/StrongARM, Itanium, Alpha, and i900(?). Theoretically Apple could use any one of them, since Steve Jobs has been so coy as to not mention the word "pentium" - going out of his way to say "InHell".
Any of these chips would make a decent mac! A subnotebook made from the Xscale could be interesting. A mac made from the Alpha would be even more interesting. The Itanium is just too expensive and slow to sell (today).
