So web developers have to develop for IE even though it behaves wrong with many standard XHTML and CSS code.

Why is it that my ASP.NET code that I write once automatically sends different HTML to IE and Firefox so both work? Why is it that OWA (Outlook Web Access) works just fine out of the box with non IE browsers? If your accusation had any truth to it, there would be no support for non IE browsers, yet Microsoft has actually made it quite easy to do with VS.NET.

Microsoft should accept that the iPod connector works and works well. Just push for everyone to use it, that way it is a standard that is already in over 75% of the MP3 market anyway!

Apple has a monopoly on MP3 players so really, all Microsoft is trying to do is add some competition. Isn't competition good? Won't it drive manufacturers to improve quality, add features, and lower price? Why are you so upset about the prospects of increased competition?
