- Archos, et al...
- I've got the Archos 20GB Jukebox and think it's great. I also like the iPod, but like another poster said, it's nearly twice the price for the same capacity. One shortfall I'd like corrected on most of these hard drive based players is the ability to directly transfer files without a PC/MAC interface. I'd like to be able to offload images from my digital camera directly to the jukebox (it has a standard USB port), without having to take a laptop with me on trips, or to carry a pocketfull of (in my case) Memory Sticks. Seems like this could easily be accomplished through a firmware update, or possibly a third party app?
