No Light At End Of Pipeline!
"Hey, lets add more stages!" "Ya, and then we can make each stage take a little less time." "And then we can ..." No lightbulbs here, and no light at the end of the pipeline. These DOG cpu's spend way too much time chasing their own tails.

Sorry Intel. P4 extreme expense, Itanic going under, and now Prescotts chasing themselves (albeit very quickly) just do not amount to a
coherent or confidence-boosting product line up.
