What's wrong with the old system?
Can someone tell me what?s the advantage of the new system over the old? The old system was simpler to use; you got to preview your message before committing it; it accepted HTML formatting in your messages; you didn?t have to page through the messages ? just scroll up and down. The only advantage I am able to see with the new system is that it shows the hierarchical relationships among messages more clearly. But I don?t think this advantage is worth dealing with the disadvantages we are now experiencing. If there were disadvantages with the old system (e.g. security), couldn?t it have just been modified to get rid of them?
