Mothergoose Knows Her Stuff

Well said...Dell went after the tenured people in a sweeping attempt to keep OPEX under 10%. Hundreds of people lost their jobs, their stock options and their 401k.
Middle management IS fearful to do anything but say yes to their own bosees. Kevin Rollins, Joe Merengi and Ro Parra collect millions of dollars in bonuses while the people whose backs that have been weighed down supporting Dell simply get walked.
Dell has become the ENRON of our era.

I know, I work there, and am NOT afraid after a decade to tell it like it is.
