It's the same old story....
A great idea sooner or later becomes old and tired.

A super small company, becomes a good medium company
which almost inevitably becomes somwhere down the line a
huge, slow moving and less than brilliant company.

Sometimes this formular can be avoided but far too often it is
the same old story.
