Some FACTS about Dell
So Dell decides to lay off approx 400 people in the Austin area. They choose D1 and C3 level employees to cut. They pick people who have worked at Dell a long time, have a good knowledge of how Dell operates and are willing to try and fix things.

Now the people that are left are afraid and worried for their jobs. The Dell Goon (Kevin Rollins) will be gone within 12 months. He is the cause of a lot of the problems at Dell. He does play the fiddle pretty good though.

Dell is cutting so much money that customer service continues to suck. The middle managers are 'yes men' who are afraid to speak up or think outside the box. All these cowardly middle managers care about is getting a pay check so they can line their pockets. They dont help the real workers get on or succeed.

I am look forward to the day that Dell falls from grace with force! This once great company has become incredibly arrogant and boarish.
