More accurate is the Dim 2400 is a POS
I agree with most of what you say, but I think you've got some misinformation (or limited information) on the Dimension line.

I think only the 2xxx series is severely integrated, no AGP, and has the 200W PSU. I know a few people who bought that low-end model and have been disappointed by the expandability. The other Dimension models have average expandability options though. They are limited by a 250W PSU, although the XPS has a 400W+. But, the only person buying an XPS are gamers, and for the money they can build a better one themselves.

Their consumer (home-buyer) tech support is a joke though. For that reason alone, I don't recommend them for home users; although I still like them for corporate use.
