We're in the process of switching form IBM to Hell, and already the word in the field is:

Laptops that crash from the factory and need to be re-imaged. Still have issues.

An ordering process that's a nightmare.

No utilities to move from PC to PC like IBM.

Support that's a joke compared to IBM. IBM is great - call them up, tell them what you need and you have it the next day. All from someone that actually speaks ENGLISH.

But, Hell will image the machines for us (pointless since they crash and need to be reimaged) and keep track of where the machines are.

Great move - go with a POS supplier that will cost us more in the long run with crappy hardware all to save a couple $$ of recordkeeping.
