"Dell is constantly evaluating new technologies and at the present time, we don?t have AMD processor-based systems in our portfolio," said Dell spokesman Bruce Anderson.
The technology really isn't that "new" when taking into consideration the various "new" products both Intel and AMD REGULARLY put out.
More likely, Dell is evaluating what the best insider, "sweetheart" deal it can extract from either intel or amd.
