Another DVD format.

The one we have took YEARS of fighting between the technology companies before a standard was finally reached.

I have since collected over 400 DVD's. The LAST thing I want to see is the format screwed with.

Leave it alone. Look at CD. The format is some 23 plus years old, and with the exception of some Music Companies trying to bastardize a few titles by defecting them with copy protection, the format is just as strong as ever.
