SLOWING LIGHT SPEED
So many assume that light speed is 186k per second. That figure is actually an average,not a constant configured through the void of space. Space is not a vacuum...there is throughout space many areas called "dark matter" which actually have atomic weight. This weight has mass, and directly influences the speed of light which is passing through it.

I don't see why there is even an argument between the "Einsteiners" and the "IBMers". Both can be true and workable at the same time.
