i would say read some more physics books...
if its so clear to everyone that speed of light is not a constant, how come a guy coming up with a fresh theory about variable speed of light nad that big a problem bringing it out to the sience community...? the only thing einstein said to be sure of is that the speed of light is constant! thats the whole thing about his discovery! YOU CAN'T GO FASTER THAN LIGHT, because it always bounces of you with 300.000km/s, even on glass vacuum or not.

PS could someone please post an article on where they proof glass slows down light???
