Customer Service
People don't mind paying a little extra if they actually get something for that extra amount. Dell used to offer good customer service for your extra dollar. Apple has stayed in business for the last 15 years based on this principle, despite having far more costly equipment.

No, the problem with Dell is that they offshored their customer service.

As for your rant on people being "forced to work 70 hours a week for less than $10", let me say that no one forced you to take that job. If you don't like it, then don't take the work. Maybe then Dell will send the jobs back to America where where we could actually use them. And if you don't like your wages, then pass some minimum wage laws. Quit trying to blame US and OUR COMPANIES for YOUR problems. It's not OUR fault YOUR country is so screwed up.
