It's about OFFSHORED customer service
Customers don't want to deal with incomprehensible representatives that follow a set script and who don't actually care if your problem is solved. I'm tired of getting the run around by a group of people who were living in the middle ages up until 20 years ago. Give us some real English-speaking representatives with actual experience with the technology, who have used it, and have been using it for more than the last 2 years.
