Better late than never
How do you figure that Apple does not listen? They changed OS X, adding back OS 9 features because they were requested, they are supporting older versions of OS X for security issues. They have a Powerbook "buy-back" program, and now they are acknowledging and fixing an iBook issue. Sounds like they are and have been listening to their customers, Jobsian egos notwithstanding.

Good on Apple. I just bought an iBook and I am VERY glad to read this.
