Smart Move For Apple, although Late..
For a while, I thought Apple was turning into Microsoft: Knowing about errors, but never acknowledging them... Kinda like all the IE issues..

But Apple, if they want to continue to grow, needs to seem like they really care about the consumer, something that Microsoft tends to lack (although, surprisingly, they do listen to the customer support questions.. Believe it or not..). I'm not saying Apple (or even Microsoft) doesn't want to listen to their customers, but external pressures often push this as a last item on a checklist..

That, and Jobs's ego.. happy
