You obviously have a grudge of some sort
and also have no concept of the electronics industry. Many manufactures get many of their standard components from the many of the same same suppliers, so it is not uncommon to see problems like this effect multiple product lines and computer manufacturers.
Will you bad mouth HP/Compost, ah Compaq, if this issue arrises with them, or will you make excuses for them?

I think it's unscrupulous that you would actually do that...
