Then you don't have a good broadband provider.
I have SBC Yahoo DSL and haven't had any problems with it,
and I have access to more dial-up accounts than I can
count. I use the dial up account here at work to get
internet access every day. I have had no problems finding a
dial-up access number when I have traveled.
