California eyeballs VoIP rules

All They Want Is MONEY: In California those elected to government are STUPID people. They are socalists who take from the productive and give to the illegals and drugies and women who cannot or will not keep their legs closed and to people who get AIDS and refuse to changer their sexual behavior like we should pay for their self inflected wounds etc
