Don't be SILLY This is authorized by CIA/Pentagon: Why you guys are so silly, do you think the US government would allow Red China to steal the US technology, the reality is this:
China will slowly figure out how to make CPU by themselves and their current CPU is about the performance of Pentium II, do not underestimate them. But how to prevent china from getting more and more advanced, it is simple even you folks cannot understand: Give china some outdated while still advanced tech (by China standard) and stop them from developing their own (expensive&inferior in the next 5 years based on their own) and encourge them to use AMD (more adcanced than the Chinese one, cheaper), stupid chinese will stop developing their own and rely on AMD, after 5 years, AMD will stop China from using AMD and eviscerate their engineers, while the American technology will leaper further, and the Chinese will fall far behind.
Sounds strange, but think about this: China can send spacecraft into sky (maybe with tech from Russia, Brazil cannot, China cannot make medium sized plane (25 years ago, they did get some plane similar to 717, but dropped due to poor reliability and MAINLY because Reagan government allow China to assemble MD90, then MD taken by Boeing and then dumped China, not only China cannot make any plane larger than 30 tons, the most important is their is no one in china with the knowledge of designing large plane) while Brazil start from scratch and now export plane to the USAAAA, you may board a Brazil plane when you fly out of small airport. Thanks to Reagan's forsight and cooperation of MD/Boeing, YOU ARE NOT FLYING ON A RED CHINA PLANE.
