How about this:
From the CAFOD report "In Dongguan, where most of the research for this report was done, some electronics workers earn a basic monthly wage of US$37.They can only earn the legal minimum of US$54 through excessive overtime."

By that account my definition for a living wage in China is probably at minimum $54 a month. But some aren't even getting paid that.

Can you please cite where the UNs definition of a living wage equals financial parity of already industrialized nations like the US or UK?
