Did we really expect less of AMD?
Years ago, a friend of mine was a network engineer, and he absoutley HATED Intel, and anytime he bought a computer of anytype, if it came with Intel, it didn't stay there long! He was out the door to replace it with AMD, promising they would be the next big thing...and now they are! When I bought this pc a couple years ago, I also made sure it had AMD, and have loved it ever since! I think a 30% market share is VERY realistic for a forward thinking company like AMD. A gamble? No....it's just that it's time has finally come.
