apparently, pickles can't read
Out of 54 machines, this same flaw(all the exact model, Optiplex GX280, hit 36 machines(to help you with math, thats 66%), and i guess i should mention, that directly on their business support website it says, KNOWN PROBLEMS, Heatsink warping. I have no problem what so ever when it comes to big business, but I do in fact dislike small companies being treated as dead weight when this is a KNOWN problem by the MANUFACTURER (Dell), your beloved vendor. If you'd like, i could find you the exact specs of the GX280 and the known problems reported by Dell themselves. Get off you high horse, just because you've had quality service from them, doesn't mean everyone has. I support their machines all over town here in Vegas, and i've done work on all major brands, from Micron, to HP, to Dell, to ABS. The worst customer support i've ever run into was HP, with the second being Dell, hence my reason for recommending Micron PC, where even the smallest companies get treated as large business customers, no matter the size.
