I think the buyers should sue DELL for selling pieces of crap PC's. Hell, i have a client that purchased 54 of their 600 dollar machines with monitors, and i've had to argue with DELL over the past few months about selling crappy hardware. Out of the 54 machines, i've replaces motherboards and heatsinks to 36 of them. I would blame the intel board, but it's the DELL proprietary cooling that is causing the damage. Their huge radiator like heatsinks warp because the large fan on the back of the machine fixed ith a cover that is supposed to keep it cool, doesn't work for crap. Mind you, this would have all been solved if they'd have accepted my quote for the Micron PC's, it was a hole 1500 more, but I have 100 bucks saying they wouldn't argue with me one bit, they'd replace it immediately rather than making me jump through hoops at DELL.

Just my personal opinion, but i don't think AMD should sue DELL.
