'Exploding' cell phone battery recalled

Picked up this story in an Austrian newspaper

It was reported in the online edition of the Austrian newspaper Krone (www.krone.at). They have another story about 2 phones exploding in the Netherlands. I did a search thru Google and finally found the story in English in ZDNet. It was originally reported in CNN on July 2nd.

I make it a point to check sources around the world since the U.S. media (mainstream TV & newspapers) seems to be more interested in pleasing their corporate advertisers than in reporting the news.
